Over the past few years, members of the OMI International leadership team expressed the need for there to be an affordable educational institution that not only offered a robust religious educational experience, but also provided individuals with the technical skills needed to become gainfully employed in the secular arena.
After spending years investigating all available options, and seeing that there was no known institution that offered what we needed, it was decided that we should launch our own university. In 2018, we launched the North Florida Institute of Theology and Technology (N.F.I.T.T.), with a goal to provide affordable religious and technological training to clergy, veterans, at-risk youth, and individuals with educational disabilities.
Our school offers certifications, undergraduate degrees, graduate degrees, and post graduate degrees in specialty fields related to technology, education, counseling, and leadership. All of which can be taken online.
We want to publicly recognize and thank the members of Englewood Baptist Church for giving us an office, and partnering with us on this journey!
