O.M.I. Providing Food to Those Affected by the 8.2 Magnitude Earthquake in Mexico.

Policarpo Cruz (O.M.I. Vice President of Operations in Mexico), and his associate will be traveling 16 hours to take food and supplies to those that were affected by the 8.2 magnitude earthquake that devastated Chiapas, Mexico on September 7, 2017. According to local Mexican news sources, there were over 200,000 people affected by the earthquake. Many have lost their homes, livelihood, and hope. We received reports from our church partners in the region that hundreds of people do not have food to eat, and are starving. In response to this news, O.M.I. has purchased 100 bags of food and supplies to distribute to the hardest hit villages in the area.

All donations received through this page during the first week of October will go towards bringing food and supplies to those living in Chiapas Mexico.
